Tradpots (traditional hand-thrown pottery) opened at the Courtyard Centre, Dorset in 1990. The pottery itself not only has a large display area for customers to browse at leisure, but is also a working pottery where visitors can often watch the potter at work! There are a wide range of styles available, some of which can viewed and purchased online (see products) as well as stoneware, tableware, giftware and terracotta garden pots.
Each stunning hand carved vase or painted plate is unique and comes with a certificate of authenticity. The ‘MB’ originals can take over 8 hours to produce and are highly collectable items. Mark is happy to take commissions and create an exclusive work on consultation.
As well as producing items for collectors and the general public, Tradpots have a strong base of trade customers ordering Mugs, Urns, Mussel crocks, tableware and bespoke products for use nationwide. Customers include London Pub chains.
